Who We Are

At Insight OT, we provide customized psychotherapy and occupational therapy based on individual needs and circumstances. We are committed to providing service that is exceptional and more affordable. Offering individual therapy sessions, helping people achieve their full potential through practical solutions and customized strategies is what we do. We are excited to get you back to doing all the things you want and need to do.

Jennifer Landry

Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist

Jennifer is passionate about mental health and wellbeing. Working with a broad range of clients, her interests lie in helping people achieve their full potential through practical solutions.

​Jennifer draws on a number of evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Her work is trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming.

 Jennifer’s practice areas include the consequences associated with post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociative disorders, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, procrastination and perfectionism. 

​Jennifer has a post professional master’s degree in occupational therapy from Western University. With a strong commitment to best practice and learning, she continues to take several clinical courses per year. Jennifer is excited to be pursuing her Level 1 certification in Internal Family Systems!

Lynn Rutledge

Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist

Lynn has extensive experience working with complex health conditions, including mental health, traumatic brain injuries, and musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries. She works with individuals affected by anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, psychosis, as well as learning disabilities and ADHD. ​

Lynn draws  on a number of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Mindfulness, behavioral activation, and exposure. 

Lynn completed a PhD in the Rehabilitation Science Institute at the University of Toronto. Her research areas are in the area of mental health, cognitive remediation, traumatic brain injuries, and psychosis.  Lynn has been working as occupational therapist since 1998.

Melanie Hepburn

Administration

Taking care of the business end of things, Melanie ensures that Lynn and Jennifer are able to focus their attention where it should be – squarely on their clients!
